Collection kits designed for your protocol
Tube types, labels, barcodes, and packaging selected against your collection schedule. We read the protocol and send back kit components with the quote, so you confirm our reading before anything gets built.
Round trip shipment covered
Every kit ships with the return packaging already inside it. The site opens the box, collects, and sends biospecimens to us or a selected location.
Compliance handled before the box leaves
The site should never have to source, classify, or label anything. We ensure compliance and provide your protocol so steps are clear.
A custody record from the moment of collection
Kit lot and expiry, ship date and courier, site collection time, condition on return. One timestamped record, exportable as a chain of custody summary, and it carries forward into storage and onward shipping if you use us for those too.
How pricing works
Per collection event. Standard research protocols start at $15 per collection. Pricing reflects protocol complexity, materials, and shipping lane. We'll provide an itemized scope.
Setup fee is $500, once per collection kit procedure. Protocol alignment, labeling and print configuration, and managing shipping.
