Paceline makes storing and managing your biospecimens straightforward. We receive them, perform QC, log every sample with the information provided, and hold them under monitored conditions until you need them. When you're ready to ship to a CRO, pull samples for an assay, or answer a partner's questions during diligence, we handle the retrieval and you see everything in your dashboard. Your team can focus on the science while we manage the samples.
Ambient through cryogenic storage
Ambient, 4 °C, -20 °C, -80 °C, and LN2 vapor phase supporting blood tubes, cryovials, conicals, plates, slides and paraffin blocks.
Continuous temperature monitoring
Excursions are recorded against the samples they affected and records show what happened.
Reconciled inventory you can query
Location history for each sample and retention schedule per program. Disposition recorded when samples leave, are consumed, or are destroyed.

How it's priced
Storage is billed per sample per month, by storage temperature and container size. Receiving is a separate one-time charge per container. Onward shipping is per shipment plus freight at actual.
