You submit or build your procedures through our intake form and receive a quote within 24 hours for the requested services. Once you sign we execute. Every step is tracked in one dashboard you can check at any time.

  1. Create an account

    Sign up with your work email. Everything you enter is kept confidential and used only to scope your work.

  2. Create a procedure

    Choose a procedure type, such as inbound biospecimen shipping and storage, outbound biospecimen shipping, or collection kit shipping and logistics, and share what your protocol requires.

  3. Review your quote and sign

    Your quote comes back within 24 hours with itemized one-time and monthly charges. Sign it against our standing master services agreement.

  4. Place a work order

    Place work orders against a signed procedure for some or all of its activities, and we begin work.

  5. Track everything in your dashboard

    See kit status, shipments, inventory, and chain of custody without asking anyone.
